| Clarification Note: |
The application of the project proponent has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The industry has not uploaded compliance report of conditions of ‘consent to establish’ (NOC) and ‘Consent to Operate’ earlier granted to the project by the Board.
2. The project proponent has not submitted latest compliance report of conditions of the Environmental Clearance granted by SEIAA, Punjab.
3. There is a variation of capital investment from previous ‘consent to establish’ (NOC) vide no. CTE/Ext/PBIP/SAS/2025/2412103120 dated 06.03.2025 i.e. 787.79 cr. to 930.03 cr. in this ‘consent to establish’ (NOC), kindly clarify the same.
4. The calculations of the water demand for population is not in consonance with the norms adopted by Board as residential water demand has been taken as 86 lpcd against 135 lpcd adopted by the Board, which may result in re-calculation of wastewater generation, treatment and disposal measures. Subsequently, commercial water demand has been taken as 30 lpcd against the 45 lpcd adopted by the Board from National Building Code. Kindly clarify the same.
5. In compliance to point no. 3 & 4, the project proponent is requested to submit the amended feasibility report and project report.
6. The project proponent is also requested to submit the amended approved site plan to accommodate the residential plotting in the group housing site.
Kindly clarify within 02 days.
