It is submitted that the application for Consent to Operate (Varied ) has been received from M/S Teg Rice Mills.During scrutiny of the application it was observed that the compliance of the proceedings of the hearing dated 12.02.2026 conveyed to the industry vide Board's letter no. 338 dated 23.02.2026 has not been submitted. Therefore, it was requested to address the above said observation within 2 days. However no reply was received till date.
In view of above, the application may be returned with request to reapply the same after addressing the said observations.
