In view of the details mentioned above, it is recommended that:-
1. Consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30.09.2026 with usual conditions and special conditions that: - a. The industry will not discharge more than 65 KLD of effluent into drain leading to the CETP. b. The industry shall operate its pretreatment plant efficiently in future. c. The industry shall comply with the any directions received from the Hon’ble Punjab & Haryana High Court Chandigarh as well as Hon’ble NGT New Delhi in case of LPA 1924 of 2014 and application no 08 of 2017.
2. Directions may be issued to PSPCL authorities to not to disconnect electricity connection of the industry till 30.09.2026. |
