Discussed.......................The industry has not provided proper sampling arrangement as such the sample could not be collected.
It is recommended that Show Cause notice in writing for 15 days for refusal of consent to operate under Air Act, 1981 be issued to the industry .
The CTO under the Water Act, 1974, may be granted to the industry up to 31.03.2031, subject to the special condition that the industry will maintain record of RO permeate that is reused in the process and RO Reject that is evaporated and submit complete water auditing to the Board with respect to above within 1 month.
