Sir, kindly peruse the agenda note of AEE. In addition to the note of AEE, it is submitted that the Project Proponent has proposed to establish the colony adjoining to its other project in the name & style of B-Town Square (Phase-2). However, as per the revenue record, there is a nallah between these projects, therefore, a special condition may be imposed that the project proponent shall not combine the both projects without obtaining prior permission of the Board as the both projects have obtained separate permissions from the concerned departments.
In view of above and facts mentioned in the agenda note of AEE, it is recommended that the consent to establish/NOC under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the project proponent for 01 year with suitable conditions and additional conditions as mentioned in the note of AEE, please. |
