Pursuing the note of AEE RO, it is required to clarify the following:………….
1. RO is required to mention operational status of industries, M/s Raghav Woolen Mills and M/s Jain dyeing works, from whom the subject cited industry has obtained CETP share i.e. whether these industries are operational or closed………..
2. As per Board’s proceedings dated 15.05.2025, “No new NOC or NOC for expansion or varied consent to operate for increase in the discharge of the trade effluent shall be granted to the member units connected with the CETP except in the cases of scattered industrial units operating in non-CETP governed areas / non-designated areas of city to whom Board has issued directions for shifting to CETP areas.“ As such, RO is required to comment on the same…………….
3. Proof of transfer of CETP shares of 500KLD to the name of subject cited industry……………………………
If approved, noting be reverted to RO for clarifying the above. |
