Point-wise reply to the observations of the Zonal Office is as under:
1. The industry has submitted latest CA certificate and as per this certificate, value of total fixed assets is Rs. 97 Lakhs including the value of plant and machinery as 42 Lakh.
2. The industy has submitted point-wise compliance of NOC conditions in annotated form.
3. The industry has deposited Rs. 28000/- each vide R.No. 493253790 & 121377952, both dated 18.03.2026 under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 respectively, which is adequate for period upto 31.03.2031 under both Acts.
