All online records of Institute checked and also ledger book of RO-Faridkot and RO-Tarn Taran checked and it has been observed that the industry has not deposited any Consent fee after expiry of previous CTOs. Last CTOs stands expired since 30.09.2020.
Thus, the institure is required to depsoit Rs. 151200/- each as CTO fee under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 to make it adequate for period upto 30.09.2031.
Keeping the above in view it is recomended that the present application may be returned and the industry be asked to apply again with adequate consent fee. |
