The application of the industry has been scrutinized and it was observed as under: 1. The industry has applied in 'CONSENT TO ESTABLISH' expansion category for but there is no record of any earlier 'CONSENT TO ESTABLISH' obtained by the industry. The industry is required to clarify regarding same. It is requested to reply to the clarification within 02 days. Until then, the application will be treated as incomplete.
The industry has failed to submit any reply to the above said clarification till date. As such, the application is hereby returned with the request to submit the application for fresh Consent to Establish so that the same can be processed further. |
