The application of the industry has been scrutinized and it was observed as under. 1. The industry is required to apply under the new categorization as per the CPCB vide letter no. CP-18/1/2023-IPC-VI-HO-CPCB-HO dated 12.02.2025. 2. The industry has submitted the CA certificate as on 31.03.2024 the industry is requested to submit the latest CA certificate. 3. The industry is required to submit its proposal for utilization of 4.0 lakhs under CER activities to the Board. As such the application cannot be processed and is required to be returned with the request to apply under the new category and removing above said observations.
The industry has failed to submit any reply of the above said clarification till date. As such, the application is hereby returned with the request to resubmit the application after removing the above said observations. |
