Sir, as discussed the project proponent has submitted registry in the name of Five Rivers Group in which there are presently 2 Partners Sh. Damanjit Singh and his father Sh. Satpal Singh and the applicant is Damanjit Singh and has also submitted authorization certificate authorizing him for all legal formalities. Earlier, there were 5 partners in the Group, the applicant has also submitted retirement deed of the remaining 3 partners alongwith the application.
The applicant has also an undertaking submitting that the they have made some necessary changes in the project which increased their plantation area from 0.3 acres to 0.5 acres (undertaking attached).
