It is submitted that the point-wise reply of observations made is as under:-
1. The previous industries i.e. M/s Raghav Woolen Mills and M/s Jain dyeing works are not operational at plot no. HB-14 and HB-15. On the same address a new industry M/s R S Dyeing has set up.
2. The industries i.e. M/s Raghav Woolen Mills and M/s Jain dyeing works had obtained shares from PDA before 15.05.2025 which were transferred to M/s R S Dyeing. The industry has submitted the letter from PDA dated 13.02.2026 regarding the transfer of shares. No new shares from PDA have been obtained by the industry.
3. The proof of transfer of CETP shares of 500KLD to the name of subject cited industry is attached herewith as pdf.
