Keeping in view of the report /recommendations of Regional Office, Sangrur, it has been observed as under:-
1. The permission from the Department of Irrigation for obtaining water from the water course has not been attached with the consent application. Regional Office, Sangrur has not commented on the details of arrangements made by the industry for taking water from the water course.
2. The details of the re-circulation system provided for process water has not been given by the industry and not commented by Regional Office, Sangrur.
3. The industry has not included the cost of lease land in the capital investment to check the adequacy of consent fee.
Keeping in view of the above, if approved:-
-Regional Office, Sangrur may be asked to comment in detail on the above and submit the requisite documents, so as to take further action please.
