It is submitted that now the industry has submitted the revised CA certificate offline of Rs. 75.34 lac after incorporating the cost of land. Accordingly, the industry has deposited balance consent fee Rs. 36000/- vide R.No. 66/4398 dated 08.07.2016 under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 36000/- vide R.No. 67/4398 dated 08.07.2016. The industry has already deposited Rs. 9000/- vide R.No. 14/4399 dated 25.05.2016 under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 9000/- vide R.No. 15/4399 dated 25.05.2016 under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The total consent fee deposited by the industry is adequate upto 30.06.2021. The industry has also deposited NOC regularization fee of Rs. 3600/- vide R.No. 65/4398 dated 08.07.2016 & Rs. 900/- vide R.No. 16/4399 dated 25.05.2016
against the enhanced cost of fixed assets of Rs. 50.76 lac.
Keeping above in view, it is recommended that:-
1. Fresh consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted upto 30.06.2021 with usual conditions as per the policy of the Board.
2. Varied consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30.06.2017 with usual conditions as per the policy of the Board and with a special condition that the industry will get the stack emission sample tested from Board's /Board's approved private lab in the coming season and thereafter submit the analysis report to this office.
