It is submitted that Er. Ramandeep Singh been transferred to Zonal Office vide H.O. orders dated 30/06/2016 and has been relieved from R.O. to join his duties at Z.O. However, the marriage palace was visited by Er. Ramandeep Singh on 06/07/2016 and he has prepared an agenda note for processing the consent applications of the marriage palace, which has been produced to me on through your goodself on 11/07/2016. Therefore, the agenda note prepared by Er. Ramandeep Singh is attached herewith for sending the applications of the marriage palace to Zonal Office, Bathinda. |
