SCN for refusal of cto as issued as the industry has not submitted actual user certificate for using copper scrap as raw material.The industry has not applied for application under Hazardous Waste Management.Now RO recommended that Consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry for short period of time with same terms & conditions for obtaining actual user certificate from the Competent Authority and special condition not operate its unit without obtaining actual user certificate from Competent Authority.If approved cto under water act may be granted for 3 months with condition as proposed by RO pl.comp.SEE. |
