It is intimated that in compliance to the decisions to the Competent Authority the matter w.r.t Legal opinion for the waiver of consent to operate fee under VDS Scheme in the matter of application for consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 of the industry, has been referred to the Senior Law Office, PPCB, Head Office, Patiala vide this office letter no. 1353 dated 14.07.2016............. Further it is submitted that consent case of the industry is pending till 08.06.2016, it is therefore requested to intimate this office as to whether the consent case of the industry is to be kept pending or it has to be returned till obtaining the legal opinion from the Sr. Law Officer, please. |
