In compliance to the clarification raised by the competent authority of the Board, it is intimted that palace has submitted the approved building plane from M.C., Fazilka on the name of Sh. Pawan Kumar Bhateja S/o Sh. Amar Chand Bhateja properiter of the marriage palace i.e M/s Anand banquet Hall, Near Grain Market, Fazilka and constracted the palace at same site or as per site plane
Keeping in view of the above, it is recommended that –Consents to operate under the Water Act,1974 & Air Act,1981 may be granted to the marriage palace for a period upto 30.09.2020 subject to the suitable conditions along with the special conditions that “ the marriage palace will install adequate oil & grease trap followed by well designed septic tank before the next marriage season by September,2016 and further they will install the STP as per treatment methodology finalized by the Board within a period of six months thereafter.”
