The competent authority has raised the following observations:-
The designed capacity of sewage treatment plant and average consumption of fresh water and generation of effluent in the last 06 months is also required as per record verified. It needs clarification as to whether the configuration of project is same for which it has obtained approvals. The handling/disposal of solid waste is also required to be submitted.
May if approved clarification be raised to the industry to submit the required documents/record.
