The industry was given hearing by the Chief Env. Engineer of the Board on 02.05.2016 u/s 33-A of Water Act, 1974 and decided that directions u/s 33-A be confirmed for closure of unit along with disconnection of power by PSPCL. Accordingly PSPCL disconnect the electricity available with the industry vide TDCO No. 81966/059 dated 24.05.2016. Now EE, RO process the consent application. The industry has made agreement with M/s JBR for T.E and provided water meter on the source of water supply line in the process area. The industry has installed 1 No. D.G. Set with canopy and 3 No. D.G. Set is without canopy. EE, RO reported that the industry is complying with the consents granted to the industry earlier. May if approved, following action to be taken 1. The electric connection be restored permanently. 2. CTO under Water Act, 1974 be granted to the industry up to 30.06.2021 |
