EE has forwarded the case without the monitoring of ETP as well as APCD installed by the industry and also as per the policy of the Board, the consent to operate cases are to be processed after doing the monitoring of ETP as well as APCD installed by the industry. EE seems to be not following the policy of the Board while processing the cases. The Zonal Office is enable to decide the case which has lead to the unnecessary delay and deciding the case.It has been viewed very seriously and the delay is entire responsibility of EEro. EEro to submit his explanation within 7 days and to monitor the ETP and APCD installed by the industry and re-submit the case along with recommendations within 10 days and EEro to be very careful in future while processing the consent to operate cases. |
