Discussed, the industry was visited by the officers of the Regional Office on 17.06.2016 for collection of air emission samples and as per analysis report (copy attached), conc. of PM is 120 mg/Nm3 which is within the prescribed limits of the Board. If approved, following action may be taken:-
a) Consents granted under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may extend upto 30.06.2019 with same term & conditions.
b) Regional Office may be requested to carry out stack emission monitoring of all the stacks of the industry.
