The industry was manufacturing industrial packing material @ 500 Kg/day. Now EE, RO process the consent application for manufacture of industrial packing material @ 1500 Kg/day and also reported that production increased in working hours. There is source of T.E. and D.E. effluent discharge into the sewer. Considering report submitted RO, May if approved, consents be granted to the industry up to 30.09.2020 with special condition that 1. The industry shall not operate the D.G. Sets which is without canopy and EE, RO will seal the same immediately.2.The industry will not manufacture, stock, distribute, recycle, sell or use plastic carry bags In compliance to the Government of Punjab, Department of Local Government (Local Government 4 Branch) notification no. 5/18/2016-4lg4/692717/1 dated 18.02.2016. 3.The industry will apply for obtaining registration under Plastic Waste (Management & Handling) Rules, 2011 for manufacturing of industrial packaging material. |
