1. The certificate submitted by the hotel w.r.t gross fixed assets is not certified by Chartered accountant. The hotel is requested to submit the same.
2. Depending upon the CA certificate, the hotel is requested to submit consent fee under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 as per the consent fee slab structure of the Board.
3. The hotel is required to submit certificate w.r.t designation of area.
The hotel is also requested to submit one set of hard copy of application form alongwith documents in this office
