As discussed, Water and Air consents may be granted to the marriage palace upto 30/9/2020 with suitable conditions and special conditions:
1. The marriage palace shall provide adequate oil & grease trap unit followed by well design septic tank as well as canopy on D. G. set etc. before the next marriage season i.e. by September 2016 as per the policy of the Board and the treated waste water shall be discharged onto land for plantation purposes.
2. The marriage palace will install the effluent treatment plant (ETP) as per the treatment methodology finalized by the Board within a period of six months thereafter.
3. The marriage palace shall provide water meter at the source of water supply within one month and shall maintain proper record of the water consumed.
4. EE, Regional Office, Sangrur to verify the quantity of domestic effluent discharged by the marriage palace within one month so that the adequacy of septic tank/ ETP can be adjudged please.
