As per the reply submitted by the industry the site was visited by me on 03.08.2016 and it was observed that the industry has provided the water meter on the water supply used in the process area and its reading during the visit was 8.54 KL. The industry has provided the canopy to its DG set of capacity 250 KVA which was earlier without canopy. The industry has already submitted the building plan prepared by the approved engineer of the Director of Factories to the Zonal Office in its reply.
In view of above it is recommended that consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry upto 30.06.2020 with usual conditions. |
