Previously, the project proponent M/s Ritesh Properties & Industries Ltd., was granted ”Consent to Establish” (NOC) for industrial park namely Hampton Court Business Park at Focal Point, Phase-8, Chandigarh Road, Ludhiana vide no. ZO-II/LDH/RO-IV/NOC/2011-12/-85 dated 15.07.2011 which was renewed/extended from time to time. Lastly, the NOC was extended upto 13.07.2016 through online for the setting up of Industrial Park for 120 industrial plots to be set up in an area of 25.89 Acres with saleable area of 16.42 acres. The source of water pollution only domestic effluent @ 243 KLD with mode of disposal as onto land for plantation after treatment and source of air pollution is D.G sets only for which acoustic enclosure are proposed. The project site was visited by me on 26.07.2016. Detailed status report is prepared and is attached for the perusal of the Competent Authority. In view of the details mentioned, the NOC may be extended for one year from date of last expiry to the project proponent with all the earlier conditions and with following special conditions:- (1)The project proponent shall direct all the Industries located in the industrial park to obtain the Consent to Establish/ Operate of the Board under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981. (2) The project proponent not to start any activity regarding the construction of commercial complex "Hampton Plaza" without obtaining Environmental Clearance from MOEF and consent to establish from the Board. The application may be forwarded to the Zonal Office for grant of extension of NOC alongwith above status report and conditions as proposed above, please. |
