FD incorporating the facts of the case is attached and it is recommended that the consent to establish (NOC) to the project proponent for the development of the Technology Park named as M.K Technology Park in an area of 56.625 acres may be granted up to 12.06.2019 subject to the same conditions as appended to the previous consent to establish (NOC) granted to the project proponent and an additional condition that the project proponent shall submit the revised proposal for the utilization of treated wastewater in the winter season as the total treated wastewater which can be sustained hydraulically over the green area of 1.7 KLD cannot exceed 206 KLD, however the promoter company has mentioned the quantity to be discharged in the said land area as 526 KLD. Therefore, the promoter company has to add additional land area to be developed as per karnal technology for utilization of the excess quantity of 320 KLD of treated wastewater in the winter season.
