It is submitted that the detailed reply has been mentioned in the agenda note and it is recommended that the consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for residential cooperative housing society comprising of 112 no of residential flats in Sector 76, SAS Nagar may be granted up to 30.09.2021 subject to the suitable conditions and following additional conditions:
1. The promoter company shall obtain permission for management and disposal of solid waste from Municipal Corporation, SAS Nagar and shall submit the same in the Regional Office within 2 Months.
2. The promoter company shall obtain permission for management and disposal of solid waste from Municipal Corporation, SAS Nagar and shall submit the same in the Regional Office within two months.
3. The project proponent shall obtain the permission from the Airports Authority regarding allowable height of the building of the group housing project.
4. The promoter company shall obtain the permission from the GMADA before discharging the wastewater into the sewer.
5. The promoter company shall install water meter at the source of water supply.
6. The promoter company shall properly handle and manage the solid waste as per Municipal Solid Waste (Management and Handling) Rules, 2016 till the integrated Municipal Solid Waste Management facility is developed by GMADA.
7. The promoter company shall place adequate no. of storage bins at outside of its main entry from where the same will be lifted and transported by the operated of the integrated Municipal Solid Waste Management facility as and when the same is established and made operational
