It is submitted that the marriage palace has been established without getting consent to establish of the Board and it has applied for consent to operate under Air Act, 1981. The details of the case has been mentioned in the note of AEE, which may kindly be perused. The capacity of the marriage palace has been mentioned 300 persons per function. The marriage palace has not submitted the approved building plan from the competent authority to the Board. As such, before taking further action in the matter Environmental Engineer, Regional Office, SAS Nagar be asked get the approved building plan from the marriage palace and process the case accordingly.
