As discussed, it is submitted that the representative of the industry Sh. Dinesh Inder Sharda present at site could not show any septic tank, which he was not sure that it was made under the toilet/bathroom earlier. Further, the representative informed that there are only three to four workers including him working in the unit and his residence is at the backside of the unit. As such, the toilet is not being used and only sullage water is generated from hand washing basically, which is discharged onto land for plantation inside the premises. |
