The Regional Office has submitted the reply vide note dt. 19.09.2016 to the clarification raised by this office on 13.09.2016.
If approved, following action may be taken please :-
1. PSPCL may be directed to restore the electric supply of the palace temporarily for six months,
2. Consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the palace for a period of six months for operation of marriage palace with suitable conditions alongwith that –
a) The palace will install the STP as per treatment methodology finalized by the Board, within a period of six months thereafter.
b) The palace will provide canopy on its D.G. set within one month
c) The palace will submit the approved building plan from the competent authority within this period.
d) The palace shall obtain necessary statutory permissions / clearances from all other concerned departments.
