The details of the case are given in the note of AEE, which may kindly be perused. In light of the facts mentioned in the said note, it is recommended that consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted upto 30/09/2019 subject to suitable conditions and an additional condition that the industry shall construct toilet(s) and the domestic effluent so generated shall be discharged onto land for plantation/ irrigation after passing through septic tank. |
