Earlier the industry was operating with the name of M/s Allwin Forging, C-28, Focal Point, Jalandar, which has been closed. Thereafter M/s AAA Forging C-28 Focal Point, Jalandhar had taken number the unit which name also got closed. Now, M/s AAA Forging C-28 Focal Point, Jalandhar is operating on rent at existing plot.
The industry has applied for fresh consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1974 and Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 through OCMMS for manufacturing of Spanners and other Hand Tools @ 10000 Numbers/Day. The industry was visited by the AEE of this office on 28.09.2016 and it was observed that the industry was in operation during visit. The industry has installed 2 no. short blasting machine with inbuilt bag house filter. The industry has installed 3 no. forging hammer with re-heating furnace with adequate stack height and 1 no. hardening furnace with adequate stack height. The industry has installed 1 no. tempering furnace with adequate stack height. The industry has installed 1 no. D.G set of 320 KVA with canopy. No trade effluent is generated by the industry. The domestic effluent is discharged into sewer. The industry has submitted approved building plan. The industry has submitted director of factory certificate vide no. 11659 dated 21.10.2015. The industry has submitted partnership deed certificate. The industry has submitted rent deed certificate as per proof of date of commissioning. The industry has submitted consent fee under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1974 & Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 which is adequate uoto 30.06.2021. The industry is listed at Sr. No. 1594 of inventory prepared by Regional Office, Jalandhar. The industry is small scale red category and the competency of case lies with Senior Environmental Engineer, Jalandhar. The registration details were checked and found correct. Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that the consent to operate under Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30.06.2021 with usual terms and conditions.
