It is submitted that in the personal hearing held on 20.09.2016, the Chief Environmental Engineer of the Board decided as under:
i) The industry shall submit a comprehensive bank guarantee of Rs. 2.0 lac alongwith a copy of the design / drawing of the septic tank in the Regional Office, SAS Nagar within 07 days.
ii) The industry shall also submit balance consent fee under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 to make it adequate for 5 years as per policy of the Board.
As such, a clarification was raised through online system on 26.09.2016, requesting the p.c. to submit the bank guarantee and consent fee, as decided in the personal hearing. However, no reply has been received from the pc, till date.
In view of above, if approved, the consent cases of the pc may returned through online system, with the request to apply after attending to the decisions of the personal hearing held on 20.09.2016. |
