Keeping in view of above report/ recommendations of RO, Sangrur, if approved, Consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for manufacturing of plastic sheets / rolls @ 200 kg/day & plastic packaging @ 200 kg/day by using recycled plastic waste @ 200 kg/day and fresh plastic granules @ 200 kg/day, upto 30/09/2020 with usual conditions and special conditions as under:- a) The industry shall comply with the provisions of notification no. 05/18/2016-1Ig4/692717/1 dtd. 18/02/2016 issued by the Department of Local Govt., Government of Punjab and notification no. S.O. 438/ P.A.9/1994/S30/2016 dated 29/03/2016 issued by the Department of Rural Development & Panchayats, Government of Punjab in letter & spirit. b) The industry shall maintain proper record of the products manufactured/ sale along with the name of the firm to whom it has sold its material and submit to the Board on monthly basis. C) The industry shall comply with the provisions of Plastic Waste Management Rules, 2016. D) The industry will not manufacture plastic carry bags under any circumstances please. |
