In view of the RO report and EEzo comments, it is proposed to grant the varied consent upto 30-06-2017 with following special conditions:-
1) The project proponent shall provide the complete details of land availability and plantation made upto date for utilization of treated effluent as well as the arrangements made for the re-use of treated effluent for flushing and other purposes, within one month positively.
2) The project proponent to submit the compliance of conditions of Environmental Clearance already granted in annotated form, within one month positively.
3) EE, RO-3, Ldh to visit the site personally and check the above compliance's mentioned at Sr. no. 1 & 2 above after one month and submit report/recommendations accordingly. |
