Earlier the industry has granted consent under water Act, 1974 by the competent authority for trade effluent @ 5 KLD, onto land for plantation after ETP. The industry is allowed movable tanker for transporting the treated effluent onto land for plantation due to the reason that the service station has no more area in that premises for developing plantation. Hence, the industry has developed plantation (300 sq yards)at its own site adjacent to Military complex, Dholewal & for this same earlier consent was granted to the industry.
