Subject : Compliance to the proceedings of the personal hearing taken by the Sr. Environmental Engineer of the board.
Reference : ZO, Amritsar letter no. 6333 dated 20.10.16

With reference to the above we would like to submit as follows:
1. We have removed all the discrepancies in respect of treatment & disposal of effluent as per the norms of PPCB.
2. We have provided proper handling & disposal arrangements for the solid waste.
Sir, as per above, since we have complied to all the requirement of PPCB, we would like to request you that the consents to operate under the Water & Air Acts should be granted to us.
