The hotel has applied for 'Consent to Operate' under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981. To verify the facts, the hotel was visited by AEE (Er. Guneet Sethi) & JEE (Er. Harpreet Singh) of this office on 03.11.2016 & verified the above mentioned facts and additional observations made are as under:-
1. The hotel has capacity of 21 rooms.
2. The hotel has not constructed restaurant/kitchen inside it’s premises.
3. Domestic effluent generated from it’s premises is discharged into sewer.
4. The hotel has provided canopy over its 1 no. D.G. set of capacity 30 KVA attached with stack of adequate height.
5. During visit, the hotel produced the receipts issued by M.C, Ludhiana for lifting of solid waste generated from it's premises.
6. The Hotel has submitted plan approved by competent person under factory Act.
7. The industry has submitted certificate issued by ATP Zone-A, M.C., Ludhiana vide it's letter no. 2555/ATP/A dated 20.10.2016, which is reproduced below:

In view of facts stated above, it is recommended that 'Consent to Operate' under Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the hotel upto 30.09.2021 with special conditions as per policy of the Board.
