As per the application, the approved building plan and compliance report of sustainable environmental management plan submitted by the PP the total built up area of institute is 22956.13 sq.mtrs. Further, as discussed the project proponent has submitted compliance of the environmental management plan in pursuance of notification dated 22.12.2014, the conditions of which it is partially complying, as some of the conditions are to be compiled within next one year. Therefore, if approved, it is recommended that fresh consent under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be granted for short period i.e. upto 30.09. 2017 subject to suitable conditions and special conditions that:-
1. The university shall obtain time to time varied consent to operate under the both acts as per the construction activity done by it and the built up area of the University will not increase 1,50,000 sqm at any point of the time without obtaining the prior Environment Clearance.
2. The university will submit PERT Chart regarding the compliance of the conditions of EMP which it has proposed or will comply within next one year and subsequently submit quarterly compliance report of the same. |
