It is submitted that the industry was served with show cause notice for refusal of consent to operate under the Water Act,1974 & the Air Act,1981 vide this office letter no. 4001 dated 03/11/2016, but the industry has failed to submit the reply of above said notice. Now, the industry has served with another show cause notice for refusal of consent vide this office letter no.4289 dated 05/12/2016 under the provisions of the Water Act,1974 & the Air Act, 1974 with an opportunity of personal hearing before your good self at Regional Office, Industrial Focal Point, Sangrur on 20.12.2016 at 11:00 am (Copy attached herewith). |
