Sir, It has already been intimated through note history dated 09/12/2016 that the industry has submitted a letter issued by MTP, Amritsar vide its no. 477 dated 2/6/2016 in which it reported that the site of industry falls under Residential Zone as per notified Master Plan of Amritsar (2010-2031). The unit is in operation before the declaration of Local Planning Area 2006 and according to the summary chapter 11.1.4 of Master Plan the industries operating before the declaration of Local Planning Area has been accommodated up to 2021. Thus, CLU not required for the site. This is for your information and further appropriate action please. |
