The multiplex was visited by AEE of this office on 16.12.2016 and it was observed as under :-
1. The multiplex has provided outlet of septic tank for discharging of effluent. But, the multiplex has not developed plantation area for scientifically discharge of domestic effluent. Presently, the effluent was being discharged onto land for stagnation at back side.
2. The multiplex has not submitted the scheme for disposal of municipal solid waste.
You are therefore requested to comply with above said observations and submit the compliance within 5 days so as to process the case for further action. |
