It is intimated that the workshop was given hearing before the Chief Environmental Engineer of the Board on 09-12-2016, wherein it was decided that the workshop shall either submit continue certificate u/s 79 of Punjab Regional Town Country & Development Act, 2006 from GLADA Ludhiana or an exemption letter to the effect that the continuance certificate is not required in case of plots which are regularized as a industrial plots under the regularization policy of the Govt, within 01 month.
But the workshop has not submitted the above said document till date; as such the application of the workshop for obtaining consents cannot be processed at this stage.
If approved, the application of the workshop may be returned with request to re-submit the complete application after compliance of hearing decisions dated 09.12.2016, within 03 days.
