As per agenda note, the cost of the project has been shown as Rs. 31.86 crore, whereas, as per EC granted by SEIAA on 18/9/2013, the cost of the project is Rs. 48.00 crore. By considering the cost of the project as Rs. 48.00 crore, the project proponent is required to deposit Rs. 22,500/- as balance NOC extension fee to make the fee adequate upto 31/3/2017. Further, the project proponent proposed to discharge wastewater into sewer. However, the distance of sewer line from the site of the project has not been mentioned by RO.
If approved, the project proponent may be asked to deposit Rs. 22,500/- as balance NOC extension fee and simultaneously, RO, SAS Nagar may be requestd to intimate the distance of sewerage system from the site of the project site before any further action is taken in the matter. |
