Vide PUC, the subject cited industry has applied for obtaining renewal consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. Earlier the consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 was granted to the industry vide No. GUR/APC/2001-2001/F-50 dated 25/01/2001, which was valid upto 24/01/2016. The industry has already deposited Rs. 9500/- Vide UTR No. P16100735235796 dated 07/10/2016 & Rs. 1800/- vide Cheque No. 351239 dated 04/01/2017 as consent to operate fee under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, including form downloading fee and same is valid upto 31/12/2027 against total gross value of fixed assets worth Rs. 6,67,400/- as on 31/03/2016.
As per record of this office the industry has not obtained Environmental Clearance for mining of minor minerals (Brick Clay).
The industry was visited by undersigned on 11/01/2017 and observed as under:-
a) The industry is a brick kiln and engaged in a process of manufacturing of bricks and tiles.
b) During visit the brick kiln was in operation.
c) The brick kiln is complying with the code of practice framed for Brick Kiln and conditions of consent granted earlier.
If approved:-
“Consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30/09/2026 with usual condition and with the special conditions :-
1. The Brick Kiln will submit revised lease deed one month prior to the expiry of the same, if need be. If the Brick Kiln fails to submit the revised/extended lease deed one month prior to the expiry of the same, then the earlier consent fee deposited by the BKO will stand forfeited and the brick kiln will have to apply fresh consent along with the requisite consent fee.
2. The Brick Kiln shall submit analysis report of its stack monitoring samples within two months period from the date of issue of this consent.
