The details of the case are given in the note of AEE, which may kindly be perused. The matter was discussed with representative of HCE and he informed that Rs. 73.62 lacs mentioned in the CA certificate includes the entire cost of the hospital including laboratory and diagnostic centers. Therefore, the value of fixed assets mentioned in the CA certificate submitted by the HCE seems to be in order. In light of the facts mentioned in the note of AEE, it is recommended that the consent to operate under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be renewed upto 31.03.2017 for 48 no. of beds subject to the suitable conditions. |
