It is submitted that the industry is a screening cum washing unit only, as such, dust emission is very less compared to stone crusher, However, the industry has provided system for sprinkling water along the periphery through water tanker. Further the industry has provided display board of size 6'x4' as prescribed by the Board.
As already recommended that the consents to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may please be extended upto 30/06/2018 (as the industry had applied under Red category) subject to suitable conditions |
