The promoter company was raised clarification on 20/01/2017 as the project proponent has failed to attach the documents mentioned as under:
1. The CA certificate does not include the value of land and building. 2. The BKO has not submitted the lease deed/registry of land and the undertaking regarding the operation of the BKO. 3. The BKO has not submitted the analysis report of the stack emissions. 4. The BKO has also not submitted any documents regarding environmental clearance.
However, till date the promoter company has failed to submit the same. If approved, the application may be returned. |
